Teal, Dove And Duck Hunting


We focus our Water fowling efforts on Private land hunts in Waller/Brookshire area and Big water hunts on East Matagorda Bay. East Matagorda Bay is best for shooting Bufflehead, Goldeneye, Bluebill, and Redheads with the occasional Teal, Pintail, Mottled Duck and Widgeon and Gadwall mixed in and usually provides a good mixed bag. Our private land hunts in Waller/Brookshire offer great opportunity for Teal, Gadwall, Widgeon and an occational Goose mixed in. We also do our Dove hunts and most of our Teal Hunts in the Waller/Brookshire area as well. We offer great shooting opportunities at a reasonable price. Our rates are very competitive and worth it.

Our Dove hunts and Teal hunts take place on private property in Waller/Brookshire/Katy area but we also have access to property near Buffalo. We are currently working on adding additional properties for Teal and Dove so that we can provide more shooting opportunities to our customers.

This year most of our hunts will take place on private property in the Waller / Brookshire / Katy area.

Dove- $75.00 per person 1/2 day---$85 per person fullday

Early Teal- $125.00 per person/3 person min.

Duck Hunt- $150.00 per person/3 person min.

Teal/Dove Combo- $150 per person/2peson min.

All Teal and Duck Hunts are Morning Hunts and are only available Friday - Monday of each week durring season. We run our hunts until the bag limits are filled or until noon (which ever comes first). We hunt often using natural vegetation for cover but we primarily hunt out of our custom made boat blinds or layout blinds.

On a Teal/ Dove Combo hunt, we will shoot teal in the morning, break for lunch and then hit the field again in the evening for dove. Be sure that you only have non-toxic shot on these hunts even durring the dove portion. By law you cannot even posses lead in your vehicle while waterfowl hunting.

Things to Bring

• Waders
• Texas Hunting Licence with State and Federal Stamps
• 12 or 20 ga. Shotgun
• Federally approved ammo (ex. Steel, tugston, bismuth) in the case of Teal/Dove combo we reccomend you carry #6-#9 steel shot. For Ducks we reccomend using #2-#4 steel.
• Cammo clothing
• Face Mask
• Cooler (for the kill)

Every thing else will be supplied by your guide!
